I donated one of the puzzle pieces used to create it this collaborative mosaic. My piece is in the middle row, third in from the left.

Over 40 mosaic artists from around the world donated abstract puzzle pieces to the project. It was installed at St. John's Health Care System's Providence Hospital in the Novi Michigan Campus, Neurological Sciences by mosaic artist Lin Schorr.

The project was published in the book Breakout! Your Pathway to Success by Brit Hammer, 2010.
