My offerings for daas Gallery's Frida Kahlo exhibit entitled: Blood, Thoughts & Flowers opening August 7, 2009.

The life size sugar skull "VIVA LA VIDA" is covered with opalescent stained glass, millefiori and mirror. The entire piece glitters like a disco ball when the sunlight hits it!

The accompanying piece of art will be part of a larger ode to Frida featuring handwritten sentiments from the other participating artists. (Frame has SOLD.)
